Solar cell research presentations by ir. Maxime Defour and dr. Niko Van den Brande

20.09.2015 - 16.10.2015

Dr. Niko Van den Brande and ir. Maxime Defour presented their work concerning polymer/fullerene blends at two international conferences. Polymer/fullerene systems are currently used and studied as active layer of the promising organic solar cells devices.

Dr. Niko Van den Brande and ir. Maxime Defour gave presentations at the International Fall School of Organic Electronics (IFSOE 2015, September 20-25, 2015, Moscow).
Niko discussed the "Thermal characterization of thin layers for polymer photovoltaics by fast scanning chip calorimetry", while Maixime's talk focussed on a " New methodology based on fast scanning calorimetry to determine the eutectic composition of polymer/fullerene organic photovoltaics".
Maxime also presented his talk at the 50 years Anniversary Conference of the Dutch Society for Thermal Analysis and Calorimetry (TAWN) (Abbey of Rolduc, Kerkrade, The Netherlands).
Polymer/fullerene systems are currently used and studied as active layer of the promising organic solar cells devices.
