Cursussen

Grigoris Karaiskos joined the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics of University of Patras in October 2000 and he received his Diploma (five year degree) in July 2005. Then, in October 2005 he joined the Mechanical Engineering Department of University of Thessaly and in July 2008 he graduated with a MSc. After that, he continued his research in the topic of Active Stuctural Control and in February 2011 he graduated with a PhD.
From March 2011 until February 2014 he worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Building, Architecture & Town Planning Department (BATir Service) of Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Then, since April of 2014 he has been working as a postdoctoral fellow at Department Mechanics of Materials and Constructions (MeMC) of Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB).
