PhD dissertation Aushim Koumar
On 21 November 2016, Dr. Aushim Koumar , publicly defended his PhD thesis dissertation entitled “Deployable Scissor Structures for Disaster Relief – Multi-Criteria Optimisation and Design for Adaptability”.
Structures that are in a shape of scissors, easily transportable, elevating and folding, could be used as a sustainable solution for providing shelter to population in need. A promising research for sustainability and humanitarian aid!
