Running a business in turbulent times

Thursday, 20 June, 2013 - 14:00
Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie

European Small Business Alliance

Since the financial crisis hit the European Union in 2008, it has become painfully clear how difficult it is to start, grow and maintain a business. SMEs are failing in large numbers every day, throughout Europe. At the same time, SMEs are seen as our way out of the crisis, as they represent more than 99% of all EU business and are seen as the backbone of our economy.

The urgency of the situation has been discussed repeatedly and helping SMEs to survive and enabling them to create growth and employment is high on the institutions’ agenda. But what does this mean in practice? That question will be debated during a conference with 4 break-out session and international speakers on June 20th 2013 at the Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie, Avenue Louise 91-93.

Participation is free for students and lecturers, but registration beforehand is required by mailing to secretariat@esba-europe.org
