The course

  • The main goal of this course is to raise students from level B1 to level B2 in French.

  • You will develop your oral language skills and presentation techniques.

  • You read complex texts about current themes and learn to debate on them in groups. You learn argumentation techniques and expand your vocabulary.

  • At the end of the course, you will feel capable of following a French discussion in an academic context and interacting where appropriate. The four competencies (listening, speaking, writing and reading skills) are covered as equally possible, with emphasis on speaking skills.
