The DELF (Diplôme d’études en langue française) and the DALF (Diplôme approfondi de langue française) are official certificates awarded by the French Ministry of Education, to certifyB1 the competency in the French language of candidates from outside France.
The DELF and the DALF consist of six different and independent diplomas that are equivalent to the six levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. At each level, the following skills are evaluated : verbal expression, written expression, verbal comprehension and written comprehension.
DELF and DALF diplomas are known worldwide (in more than 160 Countries) and enjoy international recognition.

Pratical information
Test dates
ACTO organises regulary DELF B1 and DELF B2. The date is mentioned in the header and in the title of the webpage. The individual oral examination will take place the same week as the collective examination.
You will receive a notification two weeks before the dates of the collective examinations, at the latest.
You can sit several diplomas in the same session.
A certificate of success will be sent to you 2 to 3 months after the examinations, at the latest.
