The Crosstalks project Healthy and Active aging starts from an interdisciplinary and holistic approach that addresses both mental and physical health to stimulate the independence and well-being of older people. Supporting frailty therefore requires strategies that go beyond clinical issues, as part of a wide range of services to their needs. This workshop captures the different aspects of frailty with elderly people.
