Auditorium 'Roger Van Geen' – Gebouw Q - Campus Etterbeek
De deuren gaan open om 18.30 u voor familie en vrienden. De afgestudeerden worden verzocht in toga deel te nemen aan de plechtigheid en daarom aanwezig te zijn om 18.30 u in de hal van gebouw Q. Daar zullen de toga's overhandigd worden (na de plechtigheid worden deze ingeleverd in de Mandelazaal).
Om de diploma-uitreiking vlot te laten verlopen worden de afgestudeerden naar de voor hen voorbehouden plaatsen in de Aula Qa begeleid.
Aansluitend op de plechtige diploma-uitreiking wordt u een receptie aangeboden in de ruimte ‘Onder de Aula’.
Wees zo vriendelijk hieronder uw aanwezigheid te bevestigen vόόr 15 februari 2014.

Auditorium 'Roger Van Geen' – Building Q – Campus Etterbeek
Doors will open at 6.30pm for family and friends. Graduates are requested to attend the ceremony in toga and to gather in the Nelson Mandela reception hall at 6.30 pm. Togas will be provided here (and must be returned after the ceremony).
Graduates will be accompanied to their reserved seats in the aula (or: in Aula Qa) for a smooth diploma award ceremony.
After the ceremony you are invited to the reception in the room 'Onder de Aula'.
