Jasmin Baumgartner (°1999) graduated in 2022 as Master in Urban Studies at University of Amsterdam. She has a Bachelor in Applied Cultural Sciences from the University of Klagenfurt (Austria, 2020). Since November 2022 Jasmin is working as a PhD researcher at Cosmopolis and VUB Architectural Engineering. Jasmin studies the spatial embeddeness of the circular economy in Brussels (1980-current), under the supervision of David Bassens (Cosmopolis) and Niels De Temmerman. Jasmin started the research topic funded by the Interdisciplinary research program 'Re-building Brussels (1695-2025)' in 2022-23 and continued with an FWO-grant from November 2023 onwards.
