Infradesk reporting point
Infradesk is the central reporting point for the services that fall under the Infrastructure department. The Infradesk staff coordinate all reports, requests and complaints received by e-mail or through the Ultimo ticketing system and redirect them to the various departments and services within the Infrastructure department.
For reports and questions about:
- Facility Services
- Access control & Security
- Car reservation
- Cleaning & pest control & waste processing
- AV Services
- AV Assistance
- Requests for events & logistics & lending services
- Signalisation and print services
- Requests for outdoor activities & white party tent
- Technical Services
- Electricity/lifts/fire detection
- Building and surroundings/ Greenery maintenance
Do not forget to provide all necessary information, such as: name, telephone, e-mail, service or department, description of the question, for which campus (Etterbeek or Jette) and location (building-floor-room number).

The service is available from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
