Opening hours:

The Partena office is located on the ground floor of the BRAEM building, on the right-hand side (room M.0.56 – Kenzo Tange).

You are welcome to visit during the following office hours:

Tuesday: 10:00–12:30 and 13:30–16:00

Thursday: 10:00–12:30 and 13:30–16:00

Please note that the office will be closed on public holidays (14 May and 21 July) as well as during the Christmas holiday period.

During the intake period (September/October), newly enrolled students are given priority for appointments with the Partena representative. We kindly ask you to plan your visit either in the months preceding the intake period or after it has ended.

A Partena mailbox is also available on the ground floor at Pleinlaan 5.
