Daily management
The rector leads the VUB and is responsible for its general management. They are supported by the Vice-Rectors, university service providers, the Academic Council, the Management Committee, the General Manager and a number of portfolio holders.
Administrative and consultative bodies
Running a university is a team effort. The VUB has a wide range of administrative and consultative bodies that help guide decisions and support transparent governance.
