Our efforts to offer sustainable food

The VUB restaurant always serves varied and sustainable menus made with local ingredients, seasonal vegetables, products from fair-trade agriculture and sustainably certified fish. In recent years, we’ve also increased the share of plant-based dishes. Vegan meals are becoming more and more popular, and every meal at our restaurant contains at least 200 grammes of vegetables.
