VUB Orchestra celebrates 30 years with concert series “GOUDAGIO”

GOUDAGIO – 30 years of musical gems

For this anniversary edition, the orchestra has hand-picked the finest works from its vibrant history. Expect a programme that sparkles, moves and surprises — from Mozart to Márquez, from Steve Reich to John Powell.

At the same time, the series marks a grand farewell: after 30 years, conductor Jurgen Wayenberg takes his final bow. Under his baton, the VUB Orchestra has grown into a cherished cultural ambassador of the university, loved by musicians and audiences alike.
