Venue & schedule
The test takes place on the Brussels Humanities, Sciences & Engineering Campus (Campus Etterbeek) at the VUB at Pleinlaan 2, 1050 Elsene.
The general test schedule is as follows:
- 8:30 to 12 for the computer-based test and the writing test
- from 12:20 the oral test
Detailed information about the specific test location and test schedule will be communicated by email one week prior to the test date.
To register for the test on the preferred date, please complete our registration form below and pay the fee online before the deadline. If we do not receive your payment before the test deadline, your registration will be considered incomplete and you will not be admitted to the test.
Please note: once the maximum number of participants is reached, the registration form will be closed. This may happen before the final deadline as mentioned above.
Standard test: €140
The writing and oral test are included in the test fee. However, participants who score less than B1 on the computer test are not allowed to participate in the writing and oral test, as the ITACE for Students does not issue certificates below B1. For this reason, candidates with a lower level of English are discouraged from participating. It is not possible to receive a refund if you score below the B1 level.
