Public PhD defence of Olga Kavran – VUB – Thursday 12 November at 15 pm

On Thursday 12 November 2026, Olga Kavran will defend her PhD in Law at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). The public defence will take place at 4.00 pm in the Defence Room, room D 2.01 (Building D), on the VUB main campus at Pleinlaan 2, Etterbeek. 

The thesis is entitled International Criminal Courts and the Right to a Public Trial.
The research was carried out under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Paul De Hert (VUB).

The defence will be followed by a reception.
