To celebrate the re-election of Rector Caroline Pauwels, the VUB invited all its students, academics and staff to an exclusive online performance by Brihang. The concert took place in Pilar, at the VUB campus in Etterbeek.
Brihang is a West-Flemish, Brussels based, rapper. Caroline Pauwels is a personal fan.
VUB announced the concert during the live broadcast of the rector's election. For the rector it was a complete surprise and she was touched by this initiative.
