We prefer to hear from you by e-mail. This way, you can note why you need dental care, and no details will be lost.
- Explain your problem in detail and always include your full name and date of birth in the e-mail.
- If you have a referral letter, photos or X-rays, be sure to include these as attachments.
- If you are not yet a patient at our University Dental Centre, please include your name and surname, address, date of birth and telephone number in your e-mail. This will allow us to create a file for you immediately.
Cancel an appointment
Are you unexpectedly unable to make your appointment? Please notify us as soon as possible. This will help us assist our other patients quickly. A failure to inform us in good time (48 hours in advance) results in a compensation fee of € 50. Cancellation or change must be made in writing, 2 working days before the appointment.
