Stay fit at the Fit-O-Meter

Instruction signs at the different stations illustrate which exercises you can do. You can complete the course at 3 levels: green (beginner), blue (good basic condition) or red (advanced).

If you’re looking for a fully-fledged workout featuring the five basic components of physical fitness - strength, flexibility, coordination, speed and execution - simply choose your level and complete the Fit-O-Meter in full. In total, you will do 16 different exercises, two per exercise station. Between stations, you can walk, jog or run at your own pace.

Sports card holders are entitled to a free Fit-O-Meter manual*, in which our Olympic athletics hero Kim Gevaert gives tips on how to use the Fit-O-Meter equipment correctly and efficiently. Ask for a copy at the reception of VUB Sport in the entrance hall of building L on the VUB Main Campus.
