Come and exercise indoors
At VUB, we have several indoor facilities. No matter which sport you practice, at the VUB sport complex you are guaranteed to find the facilities that suit your needs. This hall with synthetic flooring, for example. The complete hall (3/3) boasts a surface area of approximately 1,000 m² and can be divided into 3 separate sports halls (1/3).
The entire hall is suitable for events, futsal (indoor football with normal futsal goals) or handball. One third of the hall is suitable for basketball, tennis, minifoot (with minigoals) and volleyball, among others.
The hall is comfortable and safe for sports for which a point-elastic floor is more suitable than a flat elastic floor (such as our parquet hall). For basketball, tennis, volleyball and indoor football or handball, the necessary competition lines and sports technical installations are provided. Important remarks: L6 is equipped with basketball hoops, but not with lines for basketball. L6 is only equipped with lines for singles tennis. L4 and L5 are also suitable for doubles. One pair of goals for futsal are present for 3/3 of the hall. And two sets of minifgoals for minifoot in 1/3 of the hall.
Rent (part of) the sports hall L4-5-6
For individual rentals by the hour, at least one of the users must have a valid sports card. You can request individual rentals a maximum of 3 times.
For user agreements a sports card is not required.
