Count on our audiovisual assistants
The assistants will open and close the premises, set up logistics and audiovisual material and help with the start-up of your event to ensure that the audiovisual material works as it should. You can always phone them in case of problems.
Audiovisual assistants also provide event support and direction. We charge a fee for this service.
Service VUB Main Campus and VUB Health Campus
On weekdays, two teams offer an all-round service between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
