About the chair

At the end of 2015 the Solvay Business School established the Chair for Social Entrepreneurship. This chair brings together the academic and business worlds in the search for sustainable business models for social entrepreneurship. Euroclear finances the study.

In addition to prestigious scientific research, the chair aims to create a platform that advances social entrepreneurs. How can we as a society better support innovation? Which business models work? As an entrepreneur, how do you find financing and how do you ensure professional management?

Through the chairs, we also want to give social entrepreneurs access to a relevant network and support them with advice and assistance.

The chair is part of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Solvay Business School.
