  • Cancellation until 5 May, 2026 – Refund of all prepaid fees, except for a 20% administration charge.
  • Cancellation after 5 May, 2026 – No refund, unless a doctor’s note is provided by illness.

All approved refunds will be processed and issued within 2 months after the conference.
