The course
- This is an introduction to the German language, with room for culture and a more playful approach.
- You acquire usable listening and speaking skills, limited writing skills and good reading skills.
- The history and politics of the German speaking countries is also covered.
For whom?
This course is only accessible to non Dutch speakers. Due to the great similarities between German and Dutch, Dutch speaking participants will be able to join the follow-on A2 course in the second semester without difficulty after a brief introduction (which will be a revision for the non Dutch speaking participants).
This is an elementary course. No previous knowledge of German is required.
