Thursday: 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 4 PM

During the summer months, the faculty secretariat will be closed from Monday, July 29 up to and including Monday, August 12.
From Tuesday, August 13, we will be open again as per normal arrangements.
You can also find us on the campus in Jette (room B.037). If you would like to pick up original documents (like a diploma), it's best to make an appointment by mailing to faclk@vub.be so we can make sure the documents are on the right campus.
