In the post-pandemic world, employees want the flexibility to choose where – and when – they work. Research suggests a large majority of workers would turn down a job that did not offer a flexible work schedule. Flexible or ‘hybrid’ work models make employees feel more empowered and organizations are responding. The pandemic also highlighted another significant fact: Giving employees the freedom and autonomy for more flexible working environments doesn’t lead to reduced productivity or poor-quality work.
In the new world of hybrid work, employee experiences are quickly becoming a key measurement for success. It’s not just about offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, it’s about empowering employees with the right tools and information to do their job well and removing the barriers that cause friction, which often leads to frustrated and unhappy employees.
By removing information barriers and simplifying complex processes through technology, you can deliver employee experiences that allow your workforce to focus on the things that matter, like impactful customer interactions, innovative thinking, and future business growth.

Deliver Employee Experiences that Empower their Workforce and Attract and Retain Talent
Massive generational shifts, increasingly international teams as well as a desire for more hybrid working are forcing most organizations to adapt their work strategies. Organizations need to develop balanced models focused on increased content collaboration through secure enterprise content management to access information from any location and embrace the future of work. At the same time, employees demand increasing social responsibility from their employers as well as active involvement in the development of inclusive and sustainable strategies.
Through practical examples and best practices, this session will address how to set up management processes designed for how we get things done today. Flexible team collaboration requires both clear ownership and the breaking down of information silos. There is a need to improve communication, collaboration, and clarity across the organization – while facilitating access anywhere, anytime in a safe and secure way.
Boosting Operational Efficiency by Reducing Digital Friction and Increasing Agility
Operational excellence can be achieved through collaborative, integrated content experiences that include intelligent automation and data insights as well as end-to-end information management.
This session will provide a framework for setting up meaningful conversations with your team on the possibilities assistive technology software (OATs) could provide. This will allow you to work out an ’employee journey’ that gives a picture of daily tasks and activities, together with the opportunities and preconditions for OATs from employees’ experiences and opinions. The aim is to look not only at the impact of OAT at the level of the employee but also at the team and the organization. What changes to the working situation (terms of employment, working conditions, labor relations, and job content) could an OAT cause?
Improving Information Protection and Governance
Undefined and unmitigated risks are still pain points for organizations, as they continue to operate without clear, consistent, easily accessed information. This session will provide a primer on the most important concepts and a first exercise to identify GDPR vulnerabilities.
