The Interuniversity Test of Academic English (ITACE) for Lecturers

The Interuniversity Test of Academic English (ITACE) for Lecturers is a test of proficiency in English for academic purposes. It was specifically developed by members of the Interuniversity Testing Consortium (IUTC) for professors and lecturers who use English for teaching and/or research purposes. Participants can obtain a C1 certificate that is accepted by the Flemish Ministry of Education and all partner universities.

Test schedule & location: 8:30 to 11:30 for the computer-based test and the writing test; from 12pm the oral test. The test takes place on the Brussels Humanities, Sciences & Engineering Campus (Campus Etterbeek) at the VUB at Pleinlaan 2, 1050 Elsene. Detailed information about the schedule and the specific location will be communicated by email one week prior to the test date.

Test fee: upon confirmation of your registration, ACTO will contact you by email concerning the payment.
