Do you have questions about the course content, or would you like extra practice for a particular course? An experienced fellow student helps you understand difficult parts better and make progress step by step. Please note: a tutor is not automatically available for every course.
Appointment with a study advisor
Are you stuck with your planning, study method, or exam approach? During an individual appointment, you look together at what is difficult and receive concrete tips to continue studying in a more targeted way.
Our team
Our team of study counsellors consists of 11 dedicated staff members who work together with the various faculties. You can go to them if you need help:
- with your study method and planning
- regarding scientific subjects, mathematics, and statistics
- when writing your bachelor's or master's thesis
- in drawing up a examination study planning and strategy

These topics may come up on the margins of the conversation, but the main focus should be on the topics listed above.
A conversation consists of a short introduction in which you and the study advisor discuss what your support question is and which support best matches your situation. Sometimes this one conversation already helps you move forward enough, and you can then continue on your own. If additional support is recommended, individual guidance can be started.
Are you making an individual appointment because you were referred by the Reflection Tool or by SIMON Says? Be sure to mention this at the start of the conversation, and we will work on it together.
