VUB International Short-term Study Programme: Explore the Heart of Europe - Humanity & Engineering options

Important information: 

1. With this application form, you can officially register for the VUB International Short-term Study Progrqmme (3 options): 

Upcoming programme from 13 to 27 July 2026 (only one of the following options per student): 

• Humanity option: Explore the Heart of Europe (any background)
• Engineering option 1: Embedded AI, IoT network security and Reconfigurable Technologies (require relevant background and C language or C++ language)
• Engineering option 2: Fundamentals of Remote Sensing and Urban Climate Management (better with some GIS/RS background, so Geography students, but not mandatory) 

Please make sure you are ready to pay the registration fee online when you submit this form. Please note that it is only possible to make online payment by one of these types of international credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. It is also possible to pay by the Belgian online payment "Bancontact" if you have a Belgian bank account. 

2. Please note that the registration is only valid upon submitting a filled in and signed version of the registration form. You can download the registration form here: Registration form.  

3. You will receive a notification by email (from csc@vub.be) if the registration is confirmed.
