Register for oral exams

The organisation and planning for oral exams can vary depending on the faculty and lecturer. The 2 main tools that will be used for this are Canvas' calendar and Appoint.

Register via Canvas

You can find more info on how to register for an oral exam via Canvas' calendar on this page

Register via Appoint

When you have to register via Appoint, you will receive instructions from your faculty. Through Canvas, you'll receive a direct link to Appoint. There you select the preferred timeslot and click to confirm your appointment. You will receive a confirmation and reminder via e-mail

If you want to cancel or change your appointment afterwards, you can also do this with the link provided in the conformation e-mail. It's possible that you won't be able to cancel or change the appointment right before the exam takes place. For changes or cancellations at that time, please contact your faculty secretariat. Be aware that for some exams, it's not possible to change anything about the appointment after making it.
