I will be refunded according to the following conditions:

• Cancellation until January 1, 2026 – Refund of all prepaid fees, except for a 20% administration charge.
• Cancellation after January 1, 2026 – No refund.

All approved refunds will be processed and issued within 2 months after the conference.

Confirmation

At the end of the online registration process, a preliminary confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided. A proof of payment will be delivered at the conference location.

Payment by Credit Card

Payments must be made in Euros, by credit card. All major credit cards are accepted. 
In the case the deadline for registration at early-bird fee has passed before payment of a registration is received, the higher registration fee will automatically apply.

Visa

Depending on your citizenship, you may need to obtain a visa before coming to Belgium. For detailed information, visit the website of the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs: www.diplomatie.belgium.be/en/travel-belgium/visa-belgium. It is the delegate’s responsibility to check the visa requirements for Belgium and to apply for a visa, if necessary. A letter of attendance of the conference can be requested by email: ssb2026@vub.be.
