The World Needs You
VUB is hosting a debate on the war in Ukraine. The invasion, the fighting, the refugees, the despair, the fear and the pain raise many questions, and experts including Alexander Mattelaer and Jonathan Holslag will be happy to answer them. Their years of expertise and experience will provide a clear and scientifically based interpretation. Within the framework of the project The World Needs You, the university is inviting students, academics and other concerned citizens to attend this debate. As an Urban Engaged University, VUB stands in solidarity with the Ukrainian people. We do not want to leave anyone behind in these difficult times.
The debate takes place from 18.00-19.30 on Thursday 17 March in Aula QA at the Brussels Humanities, Sciences & Engineering campus in Etterbeek.
